Even though we seem young, our agents have been serving customers for decades. The founder, Clay Riffle, felt that many of the BIG-BOX real estate companies and franchise brokerages are outdated and give customers a less-than-ideal experience.Clay decided that he could improve the experience for the customer by collaborating with the right agents, providing them the platform and technology to help their clients succeed. 

To accomplish this, Clay hand-picked a group of experienced agents, creating a synergetic workplace. Then, he provided cutting-edge marketing, technology, and focused on "good-old-fashioned" customer service. While many technology companies and MEGA-TEAMS offer a one-size-fits-all approach, ProWest Properties takes the opposite approach.
